I would suggest also looking carefully into chemical brain preservation, which I suspect many folks would do today at death if it was an option available to them. It promises to be vastly cheaper and simpler than cryonic preservation. The cheaper and simpler we make preservation options, the sooner they will be coverable by health care, not just insurance.
